First Health Coaching Consultation

Typically, sessions are driven by goals like weight loss, dietary changes, or boosting energy.
Unlike a diet-focused approach, we also consider your lifestyle, sleep, work, exercise, and relationships to identify areas that impact your nutrition.
As your coach, I'm here to guide, not judge, and to gently keep you on track toward your goals—even when milestones feel far away.
After each session, you’ll get a personalized report with your goals, clear recommendations, and helpful resources.
Most clients continue working with me for about 6 months, with sessions usually every 4 weeks, though it depends on your needs. Ultimately, you’re the hero of your transformation journey!
Before the consultation:
I provide you with a questionnaire covering aspects of nutrition, lifestyle, and health, along with a 3-day "food journal" to complete prior to our appointment.
Follow-up Health Coaching Sessions
55 min $ 110 SGD
These sessions give you the chance to assess your progress, adjust goals if needed, or simply celebrate your achievements.
After each session, I'll send you notes and resources—like factsheets, recipes, reading suggestions, and workout routines—to support your journey.
If you need extra help, we can adjust session frequency or add specialized support, such as cooking workshops, kitchen organization, grocery shopping tips, or yoga and meditation sessions.
