REFUND POLICY
PROGRAMS and Meal Plans
Once you have subscribed to a program or started a meal plan, please note, we will strictly not be able to issue a refund if you decide not to proceed with them once started
HEALTH COACHING SESSIONS
We kindly ask for your cooperation in honouring our cancellation policy. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice to allow us the opportunity to accommodate other clients. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be charged fully.
COOKING WORKSHOPS
Cancellation / no show:
- Up to 4 days before the workshop, 100% reimbursed or credit for another workshop
- Up to 2 days before the workshop: 50% reimbursed or 50% credited for another workshop
- After that, no refund
If we have to cancel a workshop , you will be either fully reimbursed or you will get the credit of the workshop to use for another workshop.
