My Story
My passion for cooking began in childhood, watching my mother prepare rustic French meals with fresh vegetables from our garden. I started my first recipe book at six and have been baking ever since, especially drawn to the joy of pastry-making.

My Inspiration in the Kitchen
My love for flavourful food began with Mediterranean summers and family meals full of sunshine and .
In Sydney, I discovered vibrant, living nourishing cuisine, and in Singapore, I fell for the bold, fragrant tastes of Asia.
Blending French roots with global inspiration, my kitchen is a joyful space for creativity and color—always fresh, never dull.
My Approach to food
I don’t follow strict food rules—life’s about balance, not perfection. After earning my plant-based chef certification, I adopted an 80% plant-based diet, with room for quality vegetarian options. My family mostly eats vegetarian, but we enjoy flexibility—whether it’s tofu scrambles and veggie stews or the occasional dairy, eggs, or fish and lean meat for my teens.
I steer clear of added sugars, favoring natural sweeteners, yet I’ll never skip a pain au raisin in Paris! I believe in the power of home-cooked meals, but I also love a great sourdough pizza or the kids’ go-to burger. It’s not about all-or-nothing—it’s about joy, nourishment, and finding what works for you

My relationship with Exercise
I used to dread sports so much that I was excused from them during my French baccalaureate exams. But when I moved to Sydney at 25, surrounded by beachside runners, surfers, and swimmers, I felt the urge to start ! I started running small—one kilometer at a time—and gradually developped a real love for it !
That journey opened me up to new forms of movement, including yoga. It took years (and the right teacher), but became my daily sanctuary—a space for self-acceptance, peace, and presence. Eventually, I completed a first 200hrs Power Yoga Teacher Training after inspiring retreats in Bali and in 2024 a second one focused about Nervous System Regulation.
Just like food, movement is personal. What matters is finding what brings you joy and energy—and starting at your own pace, with support along the way
My Curriculum
With a solid scientific degree from École Centrale Paris and a successful career in marketing for French luxury brands for 16 years, life shifted when my family relocated to Singapore. Though I valued my corporate journey, I craved a more balanced, fulfilling lifestyle.
That desire sparked a path of learning and self-discovery. I became a certified Holistic Health Coach (IIN), a Plant-Based Professional Chef (Rouxbe), and a 300 hrs Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher (Going Pro / Held)
Today, I’ve found my ikigai: to share what I’ve learned and guide others toward greater well-being and balance in their own lives
